NEIGHBOURHOOD OVERVIEW

Elite Avenue is a trendy, vibrant area within Bayan Lepas with lots of amenities and facilities to cater to the local community. Residents will have access to cafes, eateries and shopping malls, including the largest mall in the Northern Corridor, Queensbay Mall. There is also a Giant supermarket, for your groceries and essentials, as well as Sunshine Square, which sells various items at affordable prices. There is also a hospital nearby, as well as a fire station, post office in Mayang Mall, and a police station. A primary school is located on Jalan Tengah. A relatively new development at the heart of Penang Island, Elite Avenue has strong public transportation networks. There is direct access to Georgetown, and to the Penang International Airport via Jalan Tun Dr. Awang, so there is easy access for travel. The Penang Bridge is 8.7km away, or 15 minutes by car.
